A Doctorpreneur who created a significant impact on lives of the people battling HPV Epidemic

Apple once said "The crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules and have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them, because they change things."

That would be true example of story of an entrepreneur physician Siavash Arani MD.

ARANI is a published author and medical doctor who was chosen as a top physician on diagnosing and treating sexually transmitted diseases. He was inquisitive and filled with curiosity since his childhood. At the age of 7 he taught himself how to play piano.
By the age of 10 he learnt low voltage electrical and electronics system. This self-taught genius was destined to do great things in life. At the tender age of 11 he made an amateur radio station from parts spare from broken electronics and circuit boards. He made a system in which he could turn the lights of his room with a match and off with a blow. This won him the young inventor award from all the middle schools across the country. At the age of 12 he started reverse glass painting business by making all related instruments. The next year he started self-taught programing Japanese's brother industrial knitting machine computer and servicing the system while no official service centre or engineer available for his family owned business. At 18 was a lead and head of music and art endowment for UN Refugees.

" I remember, the first knitting machine that I opened and disassembled in hundreds of pieces without any service manual and youtube made my mother so angry that he never thought it will ever work again but It was fixed and reassembled and returned to production line on very next day" said Dr. Arani.

Dr. Arani's graduated from RUSM in 1999 with an MD degree followed by medical graduate clinical training at the prestigious Mayo Clinic Hospital and Maricopa Medical Centre in Arizona. He subsequently received a faculty appointment at Loma Linda University School of Medicine (Loma Linda, CA) as an Instructor of Medicine in 2002. He was later appointed as Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at LLU in 2003.

Dr. Arani's passion for improving the health care delivery process as well as his great interest in public health and epidemic disease lead to his interest in sexually transmitted diseases as he founded one of the largest STD/HPV diagnostic and treatment institutions in California in 2004. He was someone who saw things differently since his childhood, something that helped him see things in a different light. This helped him in enormous ways at his work, He was able to develop a method to fight against human papilloma virus, a disease that costs Billions of dollars.

It was then at his dermatology rotation he encountered patients with various HPV related condition such as precancerous lesions and genital warts. " I saw hopeless and depressed patients kept returning for treatment over and over and I wonder If we really can't get rid off the issue then why are we keep treating them with similar methods", said Dr. Arani.

In 2007, after years of experiments he introduced a new 3 step microsurgical destruction method of HPV warts removal called BCR. This successful surgical treatment method of removal helped a myriad of patients to live without genital and anal warts and related Human Pappilovirus related life changing complication today from all over the world. His innovative approach of treating HPV warts with new ideology and a high success rate has made him a pioneer and internationally recognized physician in the field. He has been chosen by many news and media networks to give expert input as a forefront physician in the diagnosis and treatment of STDs and human papilloma virus.

Dr. Arani is a firm believer that patient education is one the most important aspects of successfully treating medical conditions and he has shared his knowledge through various media and publications. He wants to raise awareness about these diseases so that people don't suffer in silence and go out and get themselves checked. Dr. Arani's book, HPV, The Silent Intruder, published in 2013 of being the first easy understanding and in depth review of Human Papilloma Virus, his other book Condyloma Acuminatum Cutting The Epidemic, published in 2018. These books aim to increase the awareness about serious problems.

According to Dr. Arani, he provided free follow up treatment for his patients while developing and mastering his treatment method. He had no sponsors, government funds or organizations to assist him in this ordeal. His help was his patients who believed in him and encouraged him on those difficult time to develop his treatment method.

" I loved what I do, and It is beyond pleasure to make changes on people life and let them live like any other human again. what I did was not easy and every time I failed that reminded my childhood experience making circuit boards with transistors, diodes, and resistors. In a way, anytime my designed failed then I had to make changes till it functioned. I remember I made a simple Police siren toy circuit but It didn't work as it was supposed to, till one day in Algebra class came to my mind that terminal connection of semiconductors were need to be reversed. I rushed home and I rotated 2 transistors to new position on circuit board and Siren filled the room and it was the most pleasant sound that still can rings in my ears whenever I lose hope that persistency will prevail ", Said Siavash Arani, M.D.
